Our room prices are per person per day based on a room occupancy of two people with a minimum stay of four nights. Our breakfast buffet is already included.
For a 3rd person in a double room we charge a surcharge depending on age and room category. Children stay free until their third birthday.
For single occupancy of a double room there is a surcharge depending on the season and occupancy.
The apartment prices are per day for two people with a minimum stay of five nights. Optional breakfast can be booked for €18.00 per person per day.
The final cleaning is charged with a one-time fee of €40.00 – €50.00.
For additional people In the apartment we charge €20.00 – €40.00 per day depending on age.
For late risers who like to keep to themselves to themselves, we offer a free bread roll service and we place fresh bread from the Tauber village bakery on your apartment door.
A local tax of €2.60 is charged daily for each person aged 14 and over, which is used, for example, to maintain infrastructure and various services.

Arrival and departure are possible here every day. The rooms and apartments will be ready for you from 14:00.
If you will be arriving after 18:00, we kindly ask you to notify us by telephone.
To ensure that our room fairies have enough time to clean, we ask you to vacate the room by 10:00 on the day of departure. You are welcome to use our garden and pool on the day of departure and you are also welcome to leave your car here.

A booking is binding for us as soon as we have sent you a written reservation confirmation. Even if we don’t take a deposit, we trust you and reserve the room for you.
From 8:00 to 9:30 we look forward to welcoming you for breakfast in our breakfast room or on the sun terrace. We will be happy to reserve the table you want for you and bring you hot drinks to the table. Everything else can be found lovingly prepared on our breakfast buffet.
Within a three-minute walk you will find two bus stops where buses stop that go to the centre of Lagundo and Merano. With the Südtirol Mobile App you will always be kept up to date. You are also welcome to take a timetable with you from reception.
A cancellation is always a pity and usually has an unpleasant reason. So that we can avoid inconvenience in such cases, we hereby draw your attention to our cancellation conditions.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
Smoking is prohibited by law in all public spaces. We therefore kindly ask you only to smoke on the room balcony, on the terrace or in the garden, as long as it would not disturb other guests.
Sometimes things turn out differently than planned. Of course, a last minute cancellation is always a loss for us that cannot be recovered. We therefore ask you to take out travel cancellation insurance in advance. You will find the European travel insurance that we recommend here.
We are happy to accept cash (up to €4,999.99) and ask you to do so if possible. Alternatively, card payment (EC, Visa, Mastercard) or bank transfer is also possible.
To avoid any hassle on the day of departure, we ask you to pay the bill the evening before.
Your dear four-legged friend is also very welcome here. An animal brings a lot of joy into the place and since we have two cats at home ourselves, we look forward to welcoming your pet.
For a four-legged friend we charge €8.00 per day without food and it is welcome to accompany you to our terrace for breakfast and to let off steam in the garden. However, we ask for your understanding that access to our breakfast room and the pool is not guaranteed.
